Dr Karla Urmoneit is a specialist General Practitioner, holding fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners FRACGP.
She has vast experience and a keen interest in antenatal care, as well as all aspects of women’s and children’s health - including neuro-diversity. Dr Karla is accredited for GP Shared Care (GPSC) with Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, the Royal Hospital for Women, and Sutherland Hospital.
Level of Study
As a graduate from both Queensland University of Technology and the University of Wollongong, Dr Karla has completed a Bachelor of Human Movement Studies (in Exercise Physiology) and her Bachelor of Medicine - Bachelor of Surgery. Prior to her medical studies, she worked as an exercise physiologist. Committed to ongoing education, Dr Karla has additional training in skin cancer medicine and breastfeeding medicine, and is also an accredited GP registrar supervisor.
